Nicolla is an aspiring advocate for human rights and gender equality. With a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus, she has already made significant strides in her pursuit of gender equality and educational empowerment. Having worked closely with the Centre for Gender Equality, Education & Empowerment, she has implemented initiatives that empower young women and girls, enabling them to pursue their educational and professional goals. Through CGEEE, Nicolla has championed access to education, skill development, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, all while advocating for gender equality. Now embarking on a journey to study Global Studies, she aims to contribute to promoting humans rights, gender equality and women's rights on a global scale.
