Jefferey Henderson is a professor of International Development at University and the founding director of Bristol's graduate program in Global Political Economy. He has taught at University of Hong Kong, Manchester, UC Santa Barbara and many more. He now currently teaching at the Vrije Universiiteit Amsterdam. 

In this talk he will be speaking about the serious change and arising question of adequecy in policypractices with response to political, social and economic change. He believes that the way out of our intellectural problems is to break current discourse and re-theorize development with attention to certain periods of critical transformations
