Bio:
Jenna (she/her/hers) was born and raised in Torrance, California and is a current MA student in Global Studies at UCSB. She received her BA in Global Studies and Economics with a minor in Labor Studies, also at UCSB. During her time as an undergrad Jenna was involved in various activist organizations and worked closely with local labor unions. She hopes to continue her involvement with these communiites and center her research around workers' rights and alternative forms of economic development. Her current research centers on Indigenous anti-capitalist resistance movements in Ecuador.
